Join us for a day exploring the relational aspects of gestalt therapy as they have developed over the years. We will explore this contemporary, exciting and current work in gestalt therapy experientially and didactically. The day will include critical discussion, presentations, demonstrations, and participatory experience.

Register & pay at the door Seating is limited, so please come early. Conference Fee Schedule: $65 regular $45 member of NYIGT, AAGT, or Alumni Associations, $30 full-time student Cash and checks will be accepted.

Colloquium and Celebration

"Shall I compare the...?" Colloquium in which we compare and contrast the Cycle of Experience and the Sequence of Contacting, how we understand them and use them in our work.

9:00  Registration, with bagels, fruit, coffee, tea
9:45  Welcome and orientation to the day
10:00 Small groups - getting to know each other around some suggested questions formulated           around the Cycle and the Sequence
10:30 Describing the Models - Descriptions of the Cycle of Experience and the Sequence of      Contacting by Seán Gaffney and Dan Bloom.
11:00 Panel - Statements, 10 minutes by each panelist; Interchange among panelists.
12:30 Group-as-a-Whole
1:00 Lunch - on own, list of neighborhood lunch places will be provided
2:45 Small groups, each panelist joins a group
3:15 Group-as-a-Whole
3:45 Memories of Paul Goodman - Edwin and Sonia March Nevis
4:30 Celebration and Honoring of those of our Senior Teachers who are present at the colloquium
5:30 Closing - group expression: may include singing, movement, reflection.
5:45 Departing for Dinner - self-arranged

Notes:
1) We are having the event video recorded; no recording of discussion within the small groups will be made.
2)   Coffee and snacks will be available throughout the day.   While there are no coffee breaks scheduled, we will encourage attendees to self-regulate and help themselves when they wish.

Colloquium fees: $100; students $50; work/study $50.
Space is limited, early registration is suggested.
